Covers synchronisation use in student films and other multi-media projects for use in education establishments. Covers distribution of the finished audio-visual production to and within educational establishments. Excludes products for commercial sale or exploitation.
Corporate Productions
Covers synchronisation use in Corporate videos, DVDs, presentations and other multi-media projects. Covers up to 100 copies of the finished audio-visual production for distribution within the Corporation.
Film, Television and Radio Productions
Covers synchronisation use with film, radio and television programmes. All rights in the sound recording dubbing fee and music synchronisation fee are cleared for the above uses for the world. Please Contact Us for details concerning Retail Products, Audio Only CDs, Public Performances and Series Blanket Licences.
Cinema, Television and Radio Commercials
Covers synchronisation use with TV, Radio and Cinema commercials. All rights in the sound recording dubbing fee and music synchronisation fee are cleared for the above uses for the world, in perpetuity. Different versions of commercials require separate licenses. Unauthorized synchronisation use, copying, hiring, lending, broadcast and public performance are strictly prohibited.
